1 box yellow Deluxe II cake mix
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cocoa
1 oz. red food coloring

Mix all ingredients and bake according to package directions.

ICING:

Pinch of salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, beat until light & fluffy
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth in appearance. Add nuts. Refrigerate cake.
