BARBECUED RIBS 
6 country style pork ribs
6 oz. beer
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup

Brown ribs. Salt and pepper to taste. Then pour mixture of beer, brown sugar and ketchup over ribs. Cover. Cook for about 2 hours on low heat. Watch carefully. Liquid does cook out. Add water to keep from burning.
