SQUISHY YUMMY MORNING TIME APPLES :) | |
1 apple, cored and peeled 3 1/2 tsp. Splenda (or other sugar substitute) 1 tsp. cinnamon (or more according you your taste) 2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. milk (I use low-fat) 1 1/2 tsp. butter (or I can't believe its not butter) Set stove to medium heat. Melt butter then pour apples in, sprinkle apples with your sugar and cinnamon. Stir. Let cook for about 1 to 2 minutes (you be the judge on on how squishy your apples will be, also this is great for apples that are starting to get soft). Add milk and butter and let apples kinda simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes. When apples are soft then you know they are done if you want them soft and squishy! :) Remember also to keep frequently stirring them every once in a while. This is so easy a 13 year old could do it with parental supervision. Well I hope y'all have a blessed day :) Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God." - Matthew 4:4 Submitted by: Carmen Perkins |
