YUM YUM SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) box strawberry Jello
2 c. pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 (2 oz.) env. Dream Whip
2 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple

Melt Jello and water. Add pineapple juice, pineapple and cream cheese. Combine with fork. Refrigerate. When this begins to thicken, add whipped cream. If salad is to be molded, reduce liquid 1/2 cup. Pour into mold. Brush with salad oil.
