YUM YUM FRUIT SALAD | |
1 c. buttermilk 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 pkg. Keebler striped fudge cookies 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained (can use 2 reg. cans) Crush cookies between sheets of wax paper with rolling pin. Cookies should be cold when crushed. Mix buttermilk with pudding mix and whip with electric beater as directed on box. Add Cool Whip, pineapple and oranges. Add 1/2 of crushed cookies; put other 1/2 of cookies on top. Refrigerate. |
