ICE CREAM PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 c. Corn Flake crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix together and press into 9 inch pie pan and chill.

FILLING:

1 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)

Heat pineapple juice in saucepan and thicken with cornstarch. Add crushed pineapple. Mix milk, pudding and ice cream together in bowl until creamy and beginning to thicken. Pour into prepared pie pan. Top with pineapple mixture. Refrigerate.
