PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM SALAD 
2 sm. boxes lemon Jello
4 c. boiling water
2 lg. cakes of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 can crushed pineapple

Place Jello in large bowl and add boiling water. Stir and add Philadelphia cream cheese, work with hands until blended in. Then add ice cream, work until blended. Add 1 can drained crushed pineapple. Refrigerate until set.
