1 1/2 oz. Vodka (preferably Cold River)
6 oz. blueberry juice
1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
wedge of lime, optional

In a highball glass build up with vodka, and both juices. Garnish with lime wedge if desired. Serve cold, with shaved ice if preferred.

Note: This is essentially a Cape Cod with blueberry juice instead of cranberry juice.
