PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 pt. persimmon pulp
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter (melted)
3 beaten eggs

SYRUP TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix with persimmon pulp. Mix in melted butter and milk. Mix in eggs last. Bake at 350 degrees in greased 9x13 inch pan for about 1 hour. Pudding will start to pull away from sides of pan. Last 5 minutes of baking, mix ingredients for syrup topping. Boil a few minutes and pour over pudding last few minutes of baking.
