BANANA NUT MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. 3 minute oatmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 med. banana, mashed
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Stir dry ingredients together in large bowl. In blender mix liquid ingredients. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients add at once and stir just until moistened. Stir in nuts.

Spoon batter into greased muffin tins filling 2/3rds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
