1 lb. ground hamburg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta
1/2 jar of salsa (hot or mild)

Brown hamburg in frying pan. Drain completely. Add Velveeta cheese and salsa. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve with taco chips.
