CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked

(If a 9 x 13 inch pan is used, use 2 packages broccoli.)

DIVAN SAUCE:

Heat together:

enough water to thin sauce to desired consistency
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder

Use a greased baking dish, line bottom with cooked broccoli. Cover with cooked chicken meat. Thin sauce enough to cover chicken. Optional: Top sauce with 1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

This DIVAN SAUCE can be used with any combination of onions, green peppers, mushrooms and shrimp or crab, or chicken and served over rice for a quick meal.
