PICNIC CAKE 
2/3 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk

Grease and flour baking pan. In large bowl, mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla 5 minutes. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk. Pour into pan and cover with brown sugar, coconut, nuts, and marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven; pour over cake the sugar, cream and butter.
