STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB MUFFINS | |
2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. milk 1/3 c. oil 1 egg 1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries 1/2 c. sliced fresh rhubarb Combine all ingredients and top with 6 sliced strawberries and sprinkle with sugar. Line 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Enjoy! |
