1/2 c. chopped onion
Clove garlic, diced
3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. oregano

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until lightly browned.

Mix all ingredients together. Place in pan (can be served as appetizer or luncheon).
