2 cans cherry pie filling 1 can crushed pineapple (same size as pie filling) 1 box yellow cake mix 1 c. chopped nuts 1 stick butter Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with Pam cooking spray. Spread pineapple with juice on bottom, spread cherry pie filling over pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix over this. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Then sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Do not stir. Yield: Serves 8-10 people. |
