BOSTON BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. dried beans (your choice)
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. ketchup
1/2-1 lb. cut up bacon

1. Pick and rinse beans. Put in large bowl; add water to cover; let overnight, then drain.

2. Combine beans and onions in large pan, add water to cover, simmer 1 hour. Drain liquid into small bowl.

3. Mix 1 cup bean juice with all of above except beans and bacon.

4. Layer beans then pork in large pan. Pour molasses mixture over top.

5. Bake in slow oven 250 degrees for 6 hours or until done, to way you like them. Check juice on beans after a few hours if dry add bean juice.
