MEXICAN SHELLS 
18-20 jumbo pasta shells
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. can Durkee onions
1 can refried beans
1 med. size jar salsa, desired spiciness
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Boil shells per directions on box, rinse with water; drain and set aside.

Cover bottom of large casserole dish with small amount of salsa.

In skillet brown hamburger and drain. To hamburger add remaining salsa, refried beans, 1/2 can onions, 1 cup cheese. Stir together. Consistency should be thick enough to stay in shells. Stuff shells, place in casserole. Cover with remaining onions and cheese. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and taco chips.
