BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 qt. blueberries
1 tbsp. butter
9 inch baked pie crust
1 c. whipped cream

Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add water and 1 cup blueberries. Cook stirring until thick. Add butter and the rest of blueberries. Cool. Pour into cooked pie crust. Top with whipped cream.
