BRANDIED CHICKEN WINGS 
1/3 c. brandy
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. soy sauce

Marinate 2 pounds chicken wings for a few minutes (or overnight) in above mixture. Bake in large pan at 350 degrees for one hour. Turn every 10 or 15 minutes. The last 15 minutes add a cube of melted butter. Be sure chicken isn't simmering in sauce as too much moisture makes it like boiled chicken and it should have a nice glaze on it.
