MEXICAN STYLE PORK CHOPS 
6 (1 inch) thick pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1/3 c. chili sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. boiling water

Trim fat from pork chops. Rub with salt, pepper and flour and pound lightly. Heat oil in skillet and brown pork chops. Add onion and garlic, cook about 5 minutes. Drain oil and place pork chops in an 11 x 7 inch casserole dish.

Mix chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and water. Add to casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, removing cover for the last 10 minutes.
