BARBECUED BRISKET 
1 (3-4 lb.) brisket

MARINADE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
Sm. bay leaf
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. vinegar

Place brisket on foil; mix marinade ingredients together and brush on brisket. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in foil for 4 hours in a 300 degree oven. Open foil; pour on mixed barbecue sauce ingredients. Bake for 1 more hour or until done.
