2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. flour (I use Gold Medal Wondra) 1/2 tsp. salt Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heavily grease 6 deep custard cups or 8 muffin cups. Cannot use muffin tins, they would be spaced too close. Beat egg slightly; add milk, flour and salt. Stir with fork just until smooth, do not beat. Fill greased cups half full. Bake 40-45 minutes. Remove from cups immediately and serve hot. Use as bread, can also be filled with creamed seafood or meat. |
