Place pork picnic and cook until meat falls apart. Tear meat apart until it looks like pork barbeque.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. black pepper
6 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients and pour over meat.
