PASTA SALAD 
1 c. broccoli (steamed & coarsely chopped)
12-15 cherry tomatoes
3 oz. black olives, sliced
5-6 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. sweet onion, minced
Bernstein's dressing (or Italian dressing of your choice)
8 oz. linguini noodles
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles and drain. Rinse well in cold water; drain well. Set aside.

Prepare vegetables. Place in large bowl. Toss well with 1/2 cup dressing. Add more or less to taste. Shake in Parmesan cheese. Add noodles to vegetables. Serves 6.
