PARMESAN CORNISH HENS 
3/4 c. Italian dressing
3/4 c. orange juice
3 cornish hens, cut in half, lengthwise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Combine Italian dressing and orange juice. Marinate hens in dressing and juice for 24 hours, turning once. Place hens skin side up in large baking pan. Reserve marinade for basting during baking time.

Combine Parmesan cheese, seeds and crumbs; sprinkle over hens and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until brown and tender. Baste every 1/2 hour with marinade while baking. Serves 8.
