SHRIMP, ORANGE, RED ONION SALAD 
1 iceberg lettuce
1 lg. butter lettuce

Cut up for salad Add: 2 lbs. small cocktail shrimp (rinsed and drained) 1 red onion, sweet (cut into rings) 4 cans mandarin oranges, drained

POPPY SEED DRESSING:

1/4 c. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
Pinch pepper
2 tbsp. honey
3/4 c. oil (or 1 c. if dressing is too thick)
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Blend together.
