RHUBARB CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 c. sour milk
2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
3 c. cut rhubarb
1/4 c. candy sprinkles

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
