PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 (8 oz.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 c. pizza sauce
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
4 oz. sliced pepperoni

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll bread dough into rectangle 1 inch thick on floured surface. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni. Roll as for jelly roll. Press edges and ends to seal. Place on baking pan. Cut slits in top. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into slices. Yields 1 loaf.
