SUE'S PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
Melted butter
Garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Roll out frozen bread dough in a rectangular shape. Brush on melted butter over the entire surface, except the edges as you will need to seal them. Sprinkle garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder (all to taste) over the butter. Place the sliced pepperoni on top of the seasonings. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the pepperoni.

Roll the bread the long way (like French bread). Seal the edges with a little water. Place on a greased jelly roll pan. You can bake it immediately, or you can let it rise for an hour or two. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees until browned. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Slice and serve warm. It's not bad cold either!
