2 c. potatoes, boiled & mashed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 pie shell

Mix and bake in uncooked pie shell. Cook 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
