NEAPOLITAN SPAGHETTI 
1/2 (1 lb. box) spaghetti
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
olive oil
1/2 lb. raw beef, chopped
2 c. tomato sauce
1 apple, grated (optional)
1/2 c. stuffed green olives
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook spaghetti until tender, then drain. Sauté chopped onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil until brown. Add beef and stir around until it is browned. Add tomato sauce, apple, olives, salt and cheese. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Worcestershire sauce then pour over the hot cooked spaghetti and serve with additional grated cheese.

Serves 4 to 6.
