SALMON SUPPER | |
3 tbsp. chopped onion 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 3 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. flour 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. milk 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 can biscuits Heat oven to 450 degrees. Saute onion and pepper in oil until onion is golden. Blend in salt and flour. Gradually stir in soup and milk. Bring to boil; boil 1 minute. Add flaked salmon, peas, and lemon juice. Pour into oblong baking dish. Top with biscuits. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. |
