TACO SALAD 
1 bag Doritos
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. head of lettuce (or two sm.)
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 1/2 c. shredded jack
4 lg. or 6 sm. tomatoes, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 can of Stagg Country chili with beans
1 or 2 ripe avocados (optional)
1 can sliced ripe olives (optional)
1 c.+ Thousand Island Dressing

(OR 1 can kidney beans and 1 package taco seasoning).

1. Brown ground beef and mix with chili (or kidney beans and taco seasoning) then set aside.

2. In a VERY large bowl tear up lettuce and toss with: Cheddar cheese, Jack cheese, diced tomatoes, onion and olives (or diced chilies).

3. Fold in meat mixture.

4. Add salad dressing (Thousand Island) and toss until everything is well coated.

5. Just before serving toss in 1/2-3/4 bag of Doritos (partially crushed) and garnish with avocados.
