APPLE CRISP | |
2 sm. apples, cored, pared and thinly sliced 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. water 1 tsp. honey 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 tsp. butter 2 graham crackers (2 1/2 inch squares), made into crumbs Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small mixing bowl, combine apples and lemon juice; toss to coat. Add water, honey, cinnamon and mix well. Transfer to a 2-cup casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Bake until apples are soft, 30 to 35 minutes. |
