CAJUN DRESSING 
2 onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2-3 sticks celery, chopped
Garlic salt to taste
Pinch of sugar
Chopped parsley to taste
Thyme to taste
2 8x8" pans cornbread
Turkey giblets
Water for stock

Boil giblets in water to make stick. Saute remaining ingredients in butter, except cornbread. Crumble cornbread. Mix stock and seasonings into cornbread. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Place butter on top and bake at 350 degrees until brown.
