MAMA'S APPLE SALAD 
5 lg. yellow apples
2 stalks of celery
1 sm. bunch red grapes

DRESSING:

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour

Peel and chop apples in large bowl. Chop celery and cut grapes in half and seed if not seedless grapes. Mix all the ingredients in the dressing and cook over medium heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. Pour over apples, celery and grapes, stir and put in serving bowl.
