1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
Milk Dud candies
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, sugars and peanut butter. Beat in egg and dry ingredients. Mix well and chill thoroughly.

Roll into 1 inch balls and press one Milk Dud in the center of each ball, making sure the dough completely covers it. Roll each ball in sugar.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake. Makes 32 cookies.
