MARINATED VEGETABLES 
2 cans green beans, drained (any variety)
1 can lima beans, drained
1 can sliced carrots, drained
2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom buttons, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained (or, regular corn)
2 sm. jars pimento, drained
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped, or sliced thinly, red onion

Chop or slice bell pepper, onion and celery. Drain veggies. Mix vegetables. Pour marinade over vegetables. Turn vegetables occasionally during first 3 hours. Will keep for 2 weeks.
