HOBO CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
2 (16 oz.) cans pork & beans, undrained
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. (10 slices) crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. instant minced onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Yield: 4 to 6 servings. In ungreased 13 x 9 inch (3 quart) baking dish, melt butter in preheated oven, 5 to 7 minutes. Add salt, pepper and stir to blend. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter; set aside.

In same baking dish add remaining ingredients, stir to blend. Place chicken, skin side up, on top of pork and bean mixture. Bake near center of 350 degree oven for 65 to 80 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. To serve, spoon baked beans over chicken.
