HOLIDAY FESTIVE CHERRIES AND
CREAM
 
2 cans of red dessert cherries (1 lb. each)
1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 c. (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. dairy sour cream

Drain cherries and pineapple thoroughly. Combine fruit with coconut, marshmallows and salt. Fold sour cream carefully into cherry mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
