WHEAT KERNEL CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked wheat
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. carrots, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
2 c. potato chips, crushed

Brown wheat, meat and onion. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except potato chips. Place 1 cup of potato chips in bottom of greased casserole. Place wheat mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until vegetables are done.
