TUNA LOAF 
3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
Lemon juice to taste

Mix well. Cook in foil lined loaf pan at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
