BASQUE CHICKEN 
20 pieces of chicken
5 green bell peppers
5 red bell peppers
3 cloves garlic
3 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can black olives
1 jar green olives

Brown chicken in hot oil. Remove and set aside. In same skillet, saute sliced vegetables and garlic until tender. Add tomatoes and chicken. Simmer 30 minutes. Add sliced olives and serve with rice.

I like chicken recipes that are fairly easy and fast to fix. This next one is probably one of the easiest.
