"CHICKEN CARUSO & RICE" 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & cut up
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. celery
3 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. Italian dressing
1 (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Season chicken with garlic, salt and pepper. Saute in butter (2 minutes). Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian dressing and cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Add celery; cook until tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve over rice.
