BAR-B-Q RIBS 
1 lb. short ribs, cut in serving pieces
Sliced onions
1/2 bottle catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt to taste

Sear ribs, place in casserole. Top with onions. Pour remaining ingredients over onions and ribs. Bake at 325 degrees for 2-3 hours. Add water when needed. 2-3 servings.
