BAR-B-Q RIBS 
2-3 lbs. ribs
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Dash of cayenne pepper

Brown ribs using a little salt and pepper, then set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients, then pour the mixture over the browned ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours, baste several times.
