BLUEBERRY CRUNCH | |
1 can crushed pineapple 1 can blueberries 1 box yellow cake mix (dry) 4 tbsp. sugar 1 stick butter 1 c. pecans (chopped) Grease 13 x 9 pan. Spread pineapple, blueberries. Sprinkle 3 tbsp. sugar on top of blueberries. Slice 1/2 stick of butter on top. Spread cake mix (dry) evenly on top. Slice 1/2 stick of butter on cake mix. Sprinkle pecans over cake mix. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
