PASTY PIE 
1 double pie crust - Pillsbury or homemade
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lg. grated carrot
2-3 med. cubed potatoes
1 pkg. aus jus

Brown hamburger with the onions, then drain. Add the carrot and potatoes and mix together. Line a 9 inch pie plate, pour in the hamburger filling and cover with the top crust. Pinch the edges of the crust together, then cut slits in the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour In the meantime, make the aus jus and thicken it with flour and water mixture to make a gravy for the pie. 6 to 8 servings.
