SALMON PUFF | |
6 slices wheat bread 2 tbsp. melted butter 2/3 c. skim milk 1/4-1/2 c. tomato soup 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained & rinsed 3 eggs 3 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Spray 9"x13" casserole with non-stick cooking spray. Line pan with bread slices. Mix all other ingredients except salmon. Gently fold in salmon. Pour over bread. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
